Travel Agent

About This Role

We are looking for a Travel Agent with strong visa processing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of visa applications (especially Schengen, UK, USA, and other major destinations) and the ability to handle clients professionally from consultation to submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end visa processing (tourist, business, and visit visas)
• Advise clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures
• Prepare and review application files to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with embassies, VFS centers, and third-party partners
• Manage client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email
• Follow up on applications and update clients on status
• Assist with travel bookings (flights, hotels, insurance) when required
• Maintain proper CRM records and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in visa services or travel agency
• Strong knowledge of Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, and other visa processes
• Experience dealing with VFS Global and embassy submissions
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic/Russian is a plus)
• Ability to handle multiple applications under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UAE travel agencies
• Knowledge of visa refusals and re-application strategies
• Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp client handling
