Travel Agent

About This Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist clients with travel arrangements including UAE tourist visas, flight bookings, hotel reservations, travel insurance, and holiday packages.

You should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of travel services, and the ability to provide fast and accurate solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Process UAE tourist visas (30 days, 60 days, transit visas)
• Manage visa renewals, extensions, and visa change services
• Book flights, hotels, and holiday packages
• Offer travel insurance and attraction tickets
• Assist customers with “Fly Now, Pay Later” options (Tabby ,Tamara & UAE credit cards)
• Provide accurate travel advice and recommendations
• Maintain records of bookings and customer interactions
• Ensure excellent customer service and quick turnaround times

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a travel agency (UAE preferred)
• Knowledge of UAE visa processes and immigration rules
• Experience in flight booking systems (Galileo, Amadeus, or similar)
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Good sales and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Dubai tourism and attractions
• Knowledge of UAE visa extensions and visa change processes
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets
