Transportation Supervisor

Must Have

3+ years in a management or supervisory role

Clean 10-year DMV record (dated within the last 30 days)

Valid DOT medical certificate (or ability to obtain one)

Knowledge of DOT regulations, log books, and safe cargo handling practice

Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with the public

Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flex hours based on operational needs

Must be able to reliably commute to our Hayward Plant

Nice to Have

24+ months of verifiable commercial driving experience, including recently having run a route

CDL

Experience driving in healthcare, food & beverage, or retail industries

Experience with routing and dispatch software (e.g., Samsara, Omnitracs, or similar systems) highly preferred

We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and medical waste collection for hospitals, medical centers, surgical centers, nursing homes and an array of customers within the healthcare setting. Our focus is delivering quality and safety-focused medical waste management services that reduce needlestick injuries, positively impact infection control and reduce environmental burden. As a service to our customers we dispose and treat medical waste on site at our treatment facilities across the U.S.
