Key Responsibilities
- Lead the performance evaluation process, including goal setting and feedback.
- Collaborate with managers to support employee development and address performance issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in performance management or HR.
- Strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
- Proficient in HR software and performance management systems.
