Senior Transport Coordinator

**Maverick School Transport** is a trusted school bus transport company in Dubai, providing safe and reliable transportation services for students for over 15 years.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated **Senior Transport Coordinator** to join our dynamic team and help enhance our customer care and support services.

What You'Ll Do

  • Monitor and respond to all customer communications, including emails, portal messages, and telephone calls.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Track, manage, and follow up on customer requests and inquiries.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to families, schools, and team members.

Who We'Re Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in the transport industry and/or school environment is preferred.
