Position Summary

Patient Consultation & Assessment

• Review history, skin concerns, and goals. Develop personalized treatment plans, Explain procedures, risks, outcomes, and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate DHA-compliant records.

Aesthetic Procedures

Injectables

• Injectables: Botox, fillers, skin boosters, PRP, mesotherapy, fat-dissolving injections, and biostimulators.

Laser & Energy-Based Treatments

• Laser & energy-based treatments: pigmentation, rejuvenation, fractional laser, hair removal, carbon peel, vascular lesions, acne scars, skin tightening, RF, and HIFU.

Skin & Facial Procedures

• Skin & facial procedures: chemical peels, microneedling, HydraFacial, acne/scar treatments, rejuvenation, and anti-aging procedures.

Medical Dermatology (For Dermatologists)

• For dermatologists: diagnose and manage common skin conditions and perform minor dermatology procedures as permitted by DHA.

Clinical Governance & Patient Safety

• Ensure DHA compliance, patient safety, infection control, and proper management of treatment outcomes and equipment.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the clinical team, support staff, and contribute to training and service improvement.

Business Development & Patient Retention

• Build strong patient relationships, provide follow-up care, educate patients, and support clinic growth professionally.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records, consent forms, confidentiality, and compliance with DHA and clinic policies.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid DHA license as Dermatologist or GP Aesthetics Physician.
• Medical degree with eligibility to practice in Dubai.
• 2–5 years of aesthetic medicine experience preferred.
• Strong experience in injectables and laser treatments.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional aesthetic certifications and UAE clinic experience are an advantage.
• Multi-lingual skills are a definite plus.

Clinical Skills

• Strong facial assessment, anatomy knowledge, treatment planning, injectable safety, laser knowledge, and complication management.

Organizational Skills

• Strong attention to detail, documentation, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced clinic.
