SAMI Airbus is seeking a dedicated Translator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring accurate and professional communication across various corporate and legal documents within the organization.
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to provide precise and professional translation services for a range of documents, including contracts, official letters, legal documents, and corporate correspondence. The Translator will work between Arabic and English, upholding linguistic accuracy, maintaining strict confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with all company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate employment contracts, commercial agreements, official letters, and corporate correspondence between Arabic and English.
- Translate legal and administrative documents while accurately preserving their original meaning, intent, and specific terminology.
- Review and proofread translated documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional quality standards.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all contracts, employee information, and sensitive company documents.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to clarify technical, legal, and contractual terminology as needed.
- Maintain organized records of all translated documents and ensure assignments are delivered within agreed deadlines.
- Verify that translated documents meet applicable official requirements when intended for formal submission or use.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in translation.
- Demonstrated experience in translating legal, administrative, and corporate documents.
- Essential Skills and Knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of linguistic accuracy in both Arabic and English.
- Strong written communication and advanced proofreading skills.
- Professional integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
