Job purpose
Contribute to an optimal in-service support maintenance solution and help MCC achieve fleet availability with high quality and safety standards.
Core responsibilities
- Receive and evaluate CAMO maintenance tasks and coordinate execution through the MRO until closure.
- Arrange tools, materials, hangar space, and manpower for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Coordinate stakeholders for aircraft recovery during AOG situations.
- Review PFRs, plan corrective actions, and monitor MEL/CDL items through maintenance closure.
- Support long- and short-term aircraft maintenance planning.
- Create and manage ERP and hard-copy work packages for line and base maintenance.
- Monitor aircraft logbooks, manage discrepancies, and maintain assigned-fleet technical records in ERP.
Skills and knowledge
- Negotiation-level technical and aeronautical English.
- Knowledge of aircraft and component manuals, including reading and interpretation.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and airworthiness ERP systems such as M4A, AMOS, SAP, or Trax.
- High standards of quality, reliability, and safety.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Formal training on an Airbus fleet.
- At least two (4) years of experience in MCC or a similar environment; the source contains conflicting numeric wording.
