Strategic Transformation Leadership
- Define and execute enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmaps, aligning business goals with emerging technologies (AI, Data, Cloud, Automation).
- Partner with C-level executives to identify growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and strategic pivots across business lines.
- Drive change management, ensuring seamless adoption of new digital tools, data-driven processes, and performance frameworks.
Strategic Planning & Business Optimization
- Conduct market analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development to guide strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives aimed at improving profitability, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable KPIs and business outcomes.
Product Management & Innovation
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization ensuring alignment with customer needs and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement of existing products and services, leveraging insights from data analytics and customer feedback.
- Foster innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance customer engagement and operational agility.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
- Present transformation outcomes and strategic progress to leadership teams and board-level audiences.
