Overview
The Kanoo Group is seeking a forward-thinking and innovative
Manager – Digital Transformation & AI
to lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives and AI-driven transformation projects across the organization.
The role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, driving automation, improving business processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making through the adoption of emerging technologies and AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine strong business understanding with hands-on expertise in digital tools, workflow automation, AI technologies, and change management to support the Group’s strategic digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital transformation and AI strategies aligned with business objectives and operational goals.
- Lead AI-enabled and workflow automation projects from planning through implementation and post-deployment optimization.
- Work closely with divisions/departments to review existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Design and implement business process and workflow automation solutions using platforms such as Kissflow, Cflow, Zapier, Microsoft Power Platform or similar technologies systems.
- Collaborate with business units, IT team, and stakeholders to ensure successful integration of digital and AI initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and recommend innovative solutions to streamline operations and improve governance.
- Utilize analytics and AI-driven insights to support strategic business decisions and performance improvement initiatives.
- Promote a digital-first culture and encourage responsible AI adoption across the organization.
- Monitor project performance, adoption rates, ROI, and operational impact of implemented solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful technology and AI adoption and user engagement.
- Stay updated with market trends, technologies, and best practices related to digital transformation and AI.
Key Requirements
- At least 9-10 years’ proven experience leading digital transformation and AI-related projects within medium to large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, business process and workflow automation platforms, digital tools, and data analytics.
- Hands-on experience with business process and workflow automation and integration platforms such as Kissflow, Cflow, Zapier, Microsoft Power Platform Power Automate, or similar systems.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in driving organizational change, innovation, and technology adoption.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI practices, governance, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications in AI, digital transformation, business process management and workflow automation, or workflow technologies will be an advantage.
