Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex transformation programs in the Network Operations domain.
- Engage with customer teams to understand their needs and develop tailored transformation strategies.
- Collaborate with Domain Experts, Use Case Designers, and developers to create E2E Managed Operations Transformation programs.
- Ensure timely and profitable delivery of transformation projects, meeting client expectations.
- Drive automation and analytics initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and reduce risks.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Network Operations Transformation.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the transformation process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of transformation methodologies and processes.
