We are seeking a **highly experienced Transformation Manager** with a strong background in financial services to lead strategic transformation initiatives within a leading organization in Riyadh.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a significant impact on operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- **Process Mapping & Analysis:** Analyze current operational workflows and customer journeys to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- **Operational & Customer Improvement:** Identify friction points, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Strategy & Recommendations:** Develop concrete, actionable, and prioritized recommendations for process improvements and business transformation.
- **Program Leadership:** Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with organizational goals, and measurable outcomes.
- **Financial Expertise:** Apply deep knowledge of credit operations, loan origination, and risk management to guide transformation efforts effectively.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and adoption of change initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven track record in **transformation projects within financial services, banking, or credit sectors**.
- Strong **analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills**.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Arabic**.
- Based in the Middle East (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders.
- **Available to start immediately.**
