Key responsibilities

• Develop transformation strategies aligned with corporate goals; lead organization-wide initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
• Optimize processes and workflows, reduce costs, and oversee digital transformation, technology adoption, and process automation.
• Set priorities, objectives, and implementation roadmaps with senior leadership; manage large-scale programs to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assess business models, operating structures, and processes; establish performance indicators and monitor outcomes against strategic objectives.
• Lead change management to support employee engagement and organizational readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate risks, implementation challenges, and organizational impacts; develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee resource allocation, project governance, and budgets, and communicate progress, results, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Build and develop high-performing transformation teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices for business transformation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in business transformation, organizational development, operational strategy, or change management.
• Proven record leading complex transformation programs and delivering measurable improvements.
• Strong understanding of business process optimization, organizational change, and operational excellence.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, strategic projects, budgets, and implementation plans.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate strategies into practical initiatives; strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
• Adaptability and commitment to innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
