Role

Experience and qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of banking technology project management experience.
• Strong exposure to transaction banking, digital banking, and migration programs.
• Large-scale banking implementation or migration project experience is preferred.
• Strong transaction banking platform background, including OBDX and related corporate banking systems.
• Business analyst knowledge of transaction banking products, channels, and operational processes.
• Experience managing legacy-system migration to new digital platforms, including data migration, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
• PMP certification and knowledge of governance, planning, budgeting, risk, issue resolution, and change control.
• Joining time frame is two weeks, with a maximum of one month.

Project delivery scope

• Manage complex banking technology and digital transformation projects.
• Lead legacy-system migration and implementation programs.
• Coordinate migration planning, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
• Manage project governance, budgets, risks, issues, and change control.
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, compliance, and vendor teams.
• Report to senior stakeholders and oversee testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
