The Finance Controller will lead the organization's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, statutory compliance, effective budgeting, and strong internal controls.

The role involves overseeing end-to-end accounting, financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, taxation, and audit processes.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on finance professional with strong leadership skills, sound technical knowledge of accounting and taxation, and experience in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement.

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial transactions and reports.

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze budget variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide financial insights and decision support to the Head of Finance and senior management.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial performance.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and financial forecasting.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal control mechanisms.
• Strengthen financial governance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure appropriate financial controls across business operations.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
