Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Manage digital marketing channels, social media, and content strategy.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activities.
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize return on investment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
- Identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing management.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, perfumes, or retail is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- Leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with a commercial, results-oriented approach.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as SAR 5,700–15,000 per month.
