- 📍أخصائي/ـة تدريب وجودة
- المهام الرئيسية:
- التدريب العملي للموظفين داخل الإدارات والفروع
- متابعة تطبيق السياسات والإجراءات ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة
- تقييم الأداء ورفع التقارير الدورية للإدارة
- تطوير مستوى التنفيذ وتحسين جودة العمل وتجربة العملاء
- اكتشاف الملاحظات التشغيلية والعمل على معالجتها وتحسينها
- متابعة الالتزام بالمعايير التشغيلية والإدارية داخل الأقسام
- المساهمة في تطوير الأدلة التشغيلية وآليات العمل
- متابعة تنفيذ خطط التدريب والتطوير المستمر
- المتطلبات:
- خبرة في التدريب أو الجودة أو التشغيل
- شخصية قيادية وقدرة على التوجيه والمتابعة
- مهارات عالية في التواصل والتقييم وإعداد التقارير
- القدرة على العمل الميداني والتنقل بين الإدارات والفروع
- مهارات تنظيم وتحليل ومتابعة عالية
- يفضل وجود خبرة في قطاع الخدمات أو التجميل أو التشغيل
