Position Overview
We are seeking a Training Coordinator to design, organize, and manage training programs across the company. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to align training initiatives with business and compliance objectives. The Training Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing employee skills and maintaining Seguridad Morgado LLC’s reputation for excellence in training services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions for staff and clients.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and objectives.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, certifications, and progress reports.
• Liaise with external trainers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s safety and training regulations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support audits, reviews, and internal assessments related to training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training coordination or workforce development.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, compliance frameworks, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to manage multiple training projects and deliver under deadlines.
