KOREV / AL LUL is hiring a Traffic Engineer to support road, infrastructure, and transportation projects.
The role supports traffic planning, traffic analysis, transportation studies, traffic management, and safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians across project sites.
The position requires technical knowledge, analytical ability, and coordination with project teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct traffic studies and analyze traffic flow, operational conditions, traffic data, junctions, intersections, roads, and transportation networks.
- Prepare traffic management plans, engineering reports, calculations, drawings, studies, and recommendations.
- Develop solutions for traffic flow and transportation issues and support road and infrastructure planning and design.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, site teams, and relevant authorities.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor implementation of traffic management measures.
- Ensure traffic-related works comply with UAE regulations, standards, and project requirements.
- Monitor traffic conditions, identify safety and operational issues, and support traffic control system improvements.
- Maintain records, participate in meetings, provide technical recommendations, and help resolve project challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in traffic engineering or transportation projects.
- Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles, transportation systems, traffic studies, junction analysis, traffic management, and road infrastructure.
- Experience with AutoCAD and relevant traffic or transportation analysis software is an advantage.
- Understanding of UAE traffic regulations and authority requirements is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary project team.
- UAE project experience is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is stated as required/preferred by the source.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,715.62 to AED 10,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
