Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is safe, efficient, and compliant with project requirements.
Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Supervise workers and construction activities at the project site.
- Plan and distribute daily work to workers and site teams.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other departments.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor daily progress and achievement of work targets.
- Check workmanship quality and report issues to the concerned Engineer.
- Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Implement HSE requirements, maintain housekeeping, and support safe working conditions.
- Read and understand construction drawings and work instructions.
- Maintain daily manpower and work progress records.
- Resolve routine site issues and report major issues to management.
- Ensure work is completed to schedule and quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant UAE construction experience.
- Previous Construction Foreman or General Foreman experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations and manpower supervision.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers, coordinate multiple site activities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
- Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
