We are seeking a well-rounded individual to join our global trading team in our Dubai office.

The trading operations team provides global 24/7 coverage for our clients and is responsible for delivering timely and accurate service across our traded products.

As a Trading Operations Analyst, you will gain an in-depth understanding of how a modern financial services firm operates.

This role combines structured operational work with real-time trading support, requiring both precision and the ability to think quickly.

A core part of the role is owning high-impact workflows like settlements and fund movements, where precision, consistency, and attention to detail are critical.

You’ll also be expected to understand the “why” behind processes, applying sound judgment and raising questions when something doesn’t align.

This is a balanced role with exposure to both client-facing support and behind-the-scenes operations, working closely with global teams across regions in a fast-paced environment where processes evolve quickly.

This role operates within a global coverage model.

As part of a predefined schedule, you may be required to work weekends and public holidays, with days off provided in lieu.

Schedules will be shared in advance, and any changes will be clearly communicated.
