Role Overview

Job Location

• The role is located in Pune, India.

Team Responsibilities

• Manage electronic and paper transfer processes accurately and in line with regulatory and industry standards.
• Liaise with operational teams, assist colleagues, and resolve operational issues.
• Review and enhance processes and maintain transfer procedures.
• Interact with clients weekly and actively reduce outstanding queries and issues.
• Monitor fund manager reports daily and help manage operational risk.
• Transfer platform holdings into and out of FNZ custody daily.
• Issue stock transfer forms and use electronic transfer solutions for re-registration.
• Investigate transfer requests and manage manual and electronic pension cash transfers.
• Agree trade and settlement with counterparties and submit requests to Broker or CREST.
• Support inbound calls from corporate clients and plan managers and report team MI daily.

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant degree-level education and 3–4 years of experience.
• Customer service experience, such as in retail or a contact centre environment.
• Experience using Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Banking and financial services knowledge is desirable.
• Understanding of FCA regulations is desirable.
• Adaptability, self-direction, problem solving, quantitative reasoning, teamwork, and attention to detail.
