We are recruiting to for a TNE Partner (Coordination).
This Coordination-focused role will work closely with Schools and Faculties so that plans, responsibilities, timelines and risks are clear. The Student-focused role will concentrate on the student and applicant experience, ensuring communications, touchpoints and support are timely, coherent and useful.

This role can be considered on a part-time or full-time basis, between 0.6 and 1.0 FTE. Applicants should state their preferred FTE arrangement in their cover letter. Part-time hours will be calculated on a pro rata basis (for example, 0.6 FTE equates to 21 hours per week).

Coordinate day-to-day delivery across Global Programmes, Schools, Faculties, professional services and, where relevant, partners.
Handle complex or escalated enquiries, using judgement to resolve issues or route them to the right owner.
Support the design and improvement of processes, guidance, templates, communications and delivery calendars.
Contribute to feasibility assessment, due diligence, business cases and reporting for new or changing programme activity.
Use data, feedback and delivery experience to improve processes and strengthen the student or Faculty experience.
For Coordination-focused roles, coordinate Faculty briefings, delivery readiness work, operational planning and School-facing guidance.
For the Student-focused role, coordinate student communications, events, onboarding, recruitment activity and experience improvements.
You should apply if
You have experience in international education, programme delivery, global partnerships, student mobility, or a closely related area.
You can keep complex work moving across multiple colleagues, deadlines, systems and stakeholder groups.
You communicate clearly with students, academic colleagues, professional services and external partners.
You are confident handling non-routine queries where judgement, coordination and calm problem-solving matter.
You can maintain plans, guidance and processes that help other people understand what needs to happen next.
You care about making international activity work well in practice, not just designing it in principle.
You can work flexibly across a busy annual cycle and travel overseas where the role requires it (e.g. attending mobility conferences such as NAFSA).
Work pattern: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week.
Hybrid working arrangement: The role requires on-campus attendance for two days each week, one of which should be Tuesday, as well as additional attendance when hosting visits from senior international partners.
