In this role, you will be the primary person responsible for accurately tracking employee attendance and work hours while ensuring full compliance with company policies and Saudi labor standards.
Beyond data entry, you will act as a vital link between team leaders and departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high internal customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- **Attendance Tracking:**
- Accurately monitor, track, and maintain daily employee attendance and work hours using biometric systems and digital logs.
- **Compliance & Standards:**
- Ensure all timekeeping practices strictly adhere to company policies and Saudi Labor Law requirements.
- **Scheduling Coordination:**
- Collaborate closely with team leaders and supervisors to manage shift scheduling and workforce distribution.
- **Discrepancy Management:**
- Proactively identify and resolve any time-log discrepancies or errors efficiently to ensure payroll accuracy.
- **Reporting:**
- Generate and provide comprehensive timekeeping reports to management and the HR/Payroll departments.
- **Inter-departmental Liaison:**
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to maintain integrated records and support operational flow.
- **Employee Support:**
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding hours, providing professional customer service to ensure internal satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of
- 2 years
- of direct experience in timekeeping and managing attendance records.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using timekeeping or attendance management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or specialized TMS) is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of MS Excel for data organization and reporting.
- **Interpersonal & Communication Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with diverse team members.
- A customer-service mindset with the ability to resolve employee concerns calmly and effectively.
- **Knowledge:**
- Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of shift management and scheduling logic.
- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in time management, HR, or administration are a significant bonus.
- **Attributes:**
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
