Role overview

Responsibilities

• Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, mosaic, and natural stone tiles on floors and walls.
• Prepare surfaces; screed and level areas; follow approved drawings, layouts, dimensions, and design details.
• Ensure correct alignment, levels, spacing, grout joints, and patterns; cut around corners, niches, drains, fixtures, sockets, and openings.
• Create mitred corners and edge details where required; maintain slopes toward drains in wet areas.
• Apply adhesive, grout, epoxy grout, and silicone neatly; protect waterproofing and report defects before starting.
• Ensure finished work has no excessive lippage, hollow tiles, uneven joints, or poor finishing.
• Carry out snagging, tile replacement, grout repair, and final finishing; keep completed work clean and protected.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of tile-mason experience.
• Good experience with porcelain, ceramic, marble, mosaic, and large-format tiles.
• Able to read basic drawings, elevations, and measurements; skilled in cutting, levelling, mitring, grouting, and finishing.
• Understand bathroom slopes, floor drains, and wet-area installation.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship; able to work independently and follow site supervisor instructions.
• Residential villa and high-end interior fit-out experience is preferred; immediate availability is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,200–2,500 per month.

• Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
