Sales Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and approach potential clients for renovation, interior fit-out, and related projects.
• Build client relationships and an industry network; arrange meetings and project site visits.
• Understand client scope, budget, requirements, and expectations.
• Coordinate quotations and proposals with design, estimation, and project teams; present services and proposals to prospects.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations; negotiate to secure confirmed projects.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and report on leads, meetings, quotations, and potential projects.
• Develop repeat business and referrals, achieve agreed targets, and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

• Proven sales or business-development experience in renovation, fit-out, interior design, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of renovation and interior fit-out sales; ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and manage the sales cycle independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, relationship-building, business-development, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• An existing client network and industry contacts are highly preferred.
• UAE renovation and fit-out market knowledge is an advantage; a UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation with no fixed salary; commission is linked to confirmed business and successfully secured projects.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
