The employer is urgently hiring two Senior Tilers for work at Al Quoz Industrial 4.
Duties and responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install 6 mm tiles, including 45-degree mitred corners and edges.
- Clean and level surfaces and apply waterproofing systems where necessary.
- Prepare and apply adhesives, grout, and sealants according to technical specifications.
- Install tiles with accurate alignment, uniform spacing, and a high-quality finish.
- Interpret drawings, layouts, and design specifications to place tiles accurately.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to complete work efficiently and on time.
- Inspect installations against quality standards and project requirements.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow workplace health and safety regulations.
Required skills and qualifications
- At least 3–4 years of professional tiling experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Practical tile installation, cutting, and 45-degree mitred-edge finishing experience.
- Knowledge of surface preparation, waterproofing, adhesive application, grouting, and sealing.
- Ability to follow technical drawings and installation plans.
- Communication, interpersonal, teamwork, deadline management, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,200 per month.
- The offer includes a visa, insurance, flight tickets, accommodation, transport, drinking water, Wi-Fi, and company uniforms.
