Duties
- Deep-clean residential apartments and villas and prepare them for final inspection and handover.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, offices, corridors, and shared facilities.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Collect and dispose of waste according to site regulations and procedures.
- Replenish hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other hygiene supplies.
- Report maintenance concerns, malfunctioning equipment, and potential safety hazards.
- Follow company policies and applicable health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional cleaning experience; relevant property, industrial, or construction experience is preferred.
- Good physical stamina for prolonged cleaning duties involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- High school completion or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Effective verbal communication and ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and communicate with supervisors.
- Hindi is required.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay starts at AED 1,500 per month.
