The company is hiring an HR Executive for its Dubai operations.
The role manages HR operations and payroll for a workforce of approximately 150 employees.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage HR operations and payroll for approximately 150 employees.
- Process payroll accurately and on time in line with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation using ZOHO.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Work with Finance, Administration, and Project teams on payroll inputs and HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Answer employee questions about payroll, benefits, leave entitlements, and HR policies.
- Contribute to process improvements and HR best practices.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree attested by UAE MOFA is required.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and ZOHO HR software is required.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, WPS, and UAE labor laws is required.
- At least 2–3 years of UAE HR and payroll experience is required.
- Experience in an organization with approximately 100 or more employees is required.
- Construction experience is a plus.
Skills and languages
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work under pressure is required.
- Immediate availability is requested.
Pay and benefits
- Full-time position paying AED 3,000 per month.
- The offer includes a visa, insurance, flight tickets, accommodation, transport, drinking water, Wi-Fi, and uniforms.
Work location
- Work is in person at Al Quoz Industrial 4.
