Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy in both community and office settings. Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized wellness and recovery plans. Participate in daily team meetings and collaborate within a transdisciplinary team model. Deliver culturally competent, person-centered care to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations. Provide on-call crisis intervention coverage on a rotating schedule. Offer licensure supervision, if applicable. Drive as needed to provide services and support to clients in the community; driving is an essential function of this position.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education required
  • WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Working knowledge of DSM-5
  • A valid driver's license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required
  • LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
  • Licensed therapist in Missouri (PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or PLMFT)
