Key Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone • Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources • Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards • Participate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours required • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred
- WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- At least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtained
- Working knowledge of DSM-V required
