THAAD Logistics Specialist (OCONUS)

Role overview

Logistics and inventory duties

• Package and handle failed parts for repair and return; receive failed parts and issue replacements.
• Track ground-component spare parts across multiple warehouses using the Repair Data logistics database system.
• Manage TASL and PLL; support field service representatives with maintenance actions, configuration swaps, and parts requisitions.
• Assist with orders and tracking through CLSSA or SNAP; update inventory data in AADMIS with UAE supply technicians.
• Coordinate ground-component GFE orders, tool calibration, and parts movement between sites and repair or return locations.
• Conduct monthly inventory and reconcile discrepancies in PLL and TASL warehouses.
• Send weekly parts-status reports to the CLS Manager, including items awaiting shipment, in repair, received, or at zero balance.

Program support and schedule

• Support military movements and lead-up events, potentially in hazardous zones.
• Work overtime and nonstandard shifts as needed.

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and a U.S. passport.
• Active Secret-level security clearance or higher.
• Pass a criminal and credit background check.
• Meet requirements for residence in the UAE.
• Ability to apply packaging, handling, storage, and transportation standards and manage and account for inventory.

Desired qualifications

• THAAD or Patriot system experience; U.S. Army Logistical Management System knowledge or experience.
• Fluent Arabic reading and writing; proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
