THAAD Logistics Specialist (OCONUS)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Package and handle failed parts for repair and return; receive failed parts from Battery CLS Teams and issue replacements.
• Track ground-component spare parts across multiple warehouses using the Repair Data logistics database; manage TASL and PLL.
• Support FSRs with maintenance actions, configuration swaps and requisitions to maintain accurate parts accountability.
• Assist with parts ordering and tracking through CLSSA or SNAP; update inventory information in AADMIS with UAE supply technicians.
• Coordinate Ground Component GFE parts orders, tool calibration and parts movement between sites and repair or return locations.
• Reconcile PLL and TASL inventory discrepancies through monthly inventories to ensure full stock accountability.
• Send the CLS Manager weekly reports on parts awaiting shipment, received for repair and at zero balance.
• Support military movements to potentially hazardous zones and lead-up events; work overtime and nonstandard shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and a U.S. passport are required.
• Active SECRET-level security clearance or higher is required.
• Must pass criminal and credit background checks and meet UAE residence requirements.
• Ability to apply appropriate packaging, handling, storage and transportation standards and manage inventory.
• THAAD or Patriot experience, U.S. Army Logistical Management System knowledge, Arabic fluency and Microsoft Windows proficiency are desired.
