Requirements
- » TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED
- » Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- » 7+ years of experience in software testing, including significant experience in test management.
- » Experience working on banking systems, financial services platforms, or digital transformation projects strongly preferred.
- » Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test management, and quality assurance practices.
- » Hands-on experience managing SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- » Strong experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, or equivalent.
- » Strong understanding of test planning, execution, defect management, and testing governance.
- » Experience managing testing teams, resources, schedules, and project dependencies.
- » Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- » Ability to operate effectively in complex, large-scale, and highly regulated project environments.
- » ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is preferred.
