- » TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED
- » Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- » 5+ years of experience in functional consulting, business analysis, functional design, or a related role.
- » •
- » Strong experience preparing BRDs, FRDs/FSDs, process flows, use cases, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- » Experience performing fit-gap analysis and translating business requirements into implementable functional solutions.
- » Experience defining functional requirements for system integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data mappings.
- » Good understanding of banking system architectures and interaction between core banking, channels, middleware, and third-party systems.
- » Experience supporting SIT and UAT and managing requirements through the complete implementation lifecycle.
- » Strong stakeholder management, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
