Your Role

Testing And Commissioning Engineer

• , you will:
• Perform SWGR component testing up to 33kV
• Execute scheme checks and interface checks with related systems
• Conduct busbar protection testing (stable and unstable) using primary injection
• Carry out line differential and motor differential protection testing (stable and unstable) via primary injection
• Perform power transformer testing and verification
• Execute LV/MV cable testing (IR, continuity, sheath, and withstand tests as applicable)
• Ensure correct configuration, testing, and validation of protection relays
• Participate actively in plant shutdown activities, including planning, execution, and restoration
• Coordinate with EPC stakeholders, vendors, and site teams to ensure safe and compliant commissioning
• Ensure all testing activities comply with project specifications, IEC/IEEE standards, and HSE requirements
• Prepare and submit test reports, commissioning dossiers, and as-built documentation

What We’re Looking For

• **Experience:**
• Minimum 5+ years of Testing & Commissioning experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects
• **Education:**
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• **Expertise:**
• Strong knowledge of
• MV Switchgear (up to 33kV), Protection systems and relays, Primary injection testing, Power transformers and cable testing.
• Proven experience in shutdown commissioning activities.
• Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE).
• Strong troubleshooting documentation and coordination skills.
