Test Manager

Role overview

Test management and delivery

• Define test strategy, plans, estimates, and execution approach.
• Manage SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Drive defect management, quality governance, reporting, and project sign-offs.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, quality metrics, test coverage, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate business, development, and vendor teams for successful releases.
• Manage resources and testing deliverables, follow testing standards, and support Agile and Waterfall delivery.
• Lead project closure and production sign-offs.

Banking validation and stakeholder work

• Validate corporate-banking business processes and cash- and liquidity-management solutions.
• Test collections and receivables, lending, trade finance, corporate payments, and virtual account management.
• Test digital corporate-banking channels, customer onboarding, host-to-host integrations, file-based transactions, and channel interfaces.
• Validate NPSS, WPS, SWIFT, domestic and international payments, authorization and approval workflows, and reconciliation.
• Drive UAT planning, execution, coordination, requirement walkthroughs, impact assessments, and business sign-off.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and communications; facilitate defect triage and resolution.

Mandatory qualifications

• At least 13 years of banking QA or test-management experience, including at least five recent years in corporate-banking projects.
• Strong experience in cash management and payments, plus experience in trade finance, lending, and receivables management.
• Hands-on experience managing SIT and UAT programs.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking operations and regulations, with experience working with UAE banks and corporate-banking platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and client-facing skills.
• Proven leadership of large-scale banking testing programs and ability to perform hands-on testing when required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and delivery-management skills.

Mandatory domain expertise

• Corporate banking, cash management, payments, trade finance, lending, collections and receivables, virtual account management, digital corporate banking, and customer digital onboarding.
• SWIFT, NPSS, WPS, domestic and cross-border payments, host-to-host integrations, and file-based processing.
• Test strategy and planning, estimation, SIT and UAT management, test execution, defect and risk management, reporting, quality governance, and release management.
• Requirement analysis, business-process validation, payment processing, stakeholder management, and banking regulations.

Preferred experience

• Experience with the Mindgate DigiTB Platform is preferred.
• UAE/GCC banking experience, corporate digital-banking transformation, cash-management implementations or upgrades, brownfield transformation, and regulatory or compliance testing are preferred.
