The employer is seeking a Test Lead in Dubai for an onsite role.
The stated experience range is 10 to 16 years; immediate joiners only.
ERP and e-invoicing are preferred domains.
Testing and delivery
- Own testing quality and timely delivery; create test design and execution plans and testing schedules.
- Assign team tasks, manage workload, and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to client and company processes, test processes, onsite-offshore processes, and agreed timelines.
- Track new requirements and lead daily defect discussions.
Coordination and reporting
- Discuss project risks and concerns with the client team and resolve issues; report status to the Delivery or Program Manager.
- Consolidate and report project activity metrics, maintain project knowledge, and report test results, coverage, and defects.
- Manage and monitor the offshore team and provide its members with inputs and clarifications.
- Coordinate user inputs, reviews, and approvals, and coordinate with client teams for UAT.
Candidate requirements
- 10 to 16 years of experience.
- ERP and e-invoicing domain experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners only.
Workplace
- The role is onsite in Dubai.
