Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site presence at Mogao Restobar & Lounge and some work from home.
This role involves actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event bookings, and group reservations within the surrounding territory.
The Territory Sales Manager will manage client relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for booked events and reservations.
Day-to-day tasks include meeting potential partners, preparing sales proposals, negotiating terms, tracking sales performance, and providing feedback to management on market trends and competitor activity.
The role also includes coordinating promotional activities, supporting marketing campaigns, and participating in internal meetings and regular reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to drive revenue growth, meet targets, and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Management and Training skills to organize sales activities, guide team members, and support consistent service standards.
- Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or a similar customer-facing industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and presentation software).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on corporate and group bookings.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Dubai market are an advantage.
