Role Description
The Retail Sales Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with some work-from-home flexibility.
This role includes overseeing daily sales operations, managing retail promotions and upselling initiatives, and ensuring a consistent guest experience across dine-in and takeaway channels.
The Retail Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze customer feedback, and collaborate with the team to improve product placement, pricing, and customer engagement strategies.
Responsibilities also include training and coaching staff on sales techniques, supporting customer service standards, coordinating with marketing for in-venue campaigns, and maintaining accurate sales reports and inventory-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills for driving revenue and managing on-site promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging guests and supporting the front-of-house team.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Customer Experience for enhancing guest satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat visits.
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or lounge/restaurant environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to operate effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and basic numeracy skills to manage targets and performance metrics.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial sales role is an advantage.
