Responsibilities

• Develop sales-growth strategies informed by competitive conditions and implement tools to achieve sales objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, product changes, and emerging technologies.
• Build new customer relationships and coordinate promotional activities with Head Office and territory stores.
• Analyze territory performance by product line and customer segment, then act on results.
• Maintain customer profiles in CRM and build relationships with store managers.
• Coordinate territory activities and events, including training clinics.
• Communicate company plans, standards, policies, and initiatives that support sales growth.
• Contribute to banner development, major accounts, and marketing programs.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints; represent the company at regional and industry events.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of Sales Representative experience with demonstrated ability in the automotive industry.
• Completed vocational training (DEP or equivalent).
• Strong communication and influencing skills; English proficiency is essential.
• Comfortable with computer systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
