Role overview

Responsibilities

• Direct team members to provide professional walk-in service and maximize sales.
• Sell products, solicit orders, retain customers, grow assigned accounts, and identify customer needs.
• Supervise staff and support hiring, evaluations, promotions, discipline, and other employment decisions with the District Manager.
• Coordinate pricing, outside purchases, price overrides, and price matches to support profitability and policy compliance.
• Set staffing schedules, approve hours, evaluate performance, and oversee training.
• Maintain store organization and policy compliance; communicate operational information and provide stock-adjustment reports.
• Implement planograms and merchandising plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 3 years of automotive-industry experience.
• Experience managing staff and assets.
• Mandatory bilingualism; the posting specifies excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong people-management, leadership, communication, judgment, and prioritization skills; able to work under pressure and be flexible with schedule.
