Territory Sales Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop customers within assigned UAE territories; regularly visit existing and prospective customers.
• Generate leads and acquire customers; maintain and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Generate and follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company policies.
• Create and follow up on orders through completion and delivery; coordinate with the warehouse and other departments.
• Follow up on customer payments and collections.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales from existing customers.
• Monitor customer needs, market conditions, pricing, and competitors, and provide regular activity reports to management.

Candidate requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant UAE automotive spare-parts experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and the UAE market is required; experience with Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Mazda, or other Japanese brands is mentioned.
• Existing knowledge of UAE spare-parts customers and market areas is highly preferred.
• Previous field sales, territory management, or customer account management experience; ability to win customers and develop accounts.
• Good negotiation and communication skills; computer and Microsoft applications knowledge.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory, and the role requires regular customer visits and field sales activity.

Compensation
