Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop field-service cost estimates covering schedule, cost, man loading, outage impact, and job setup.
• Prepare competitive outage offers and follow opportunities through project closeout.
• Review requirements, update estimates, escalate cost variances, and track SQDC and KPI performance.
• Coordinate communication among commercial, operations, sourcing, engineering, parts, repairs, and project teams.
• Monitor project costs and perform as-sold versus as-executed analysis.
• Visit project execution sites to gather lessons learned.
• Support customer pre-outage and post-outage meetings.
• Review site reports and update project documentation, status, and cost information.
• Partner with operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 10 years of applicable experience with demonstrated success and knowledge.
• At least five years of GE gas turbine and generator field-service maintenance experience.
• English proficiency.
• Travel is required for site surveys and execution lessons learned.
