The teller handles daily financial transactions, provides customer service, and maintains accuracy in cash handling.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires flexibility to relocate.
Compensation
- Fixed salary of AED 3,000 per month.
Schedule
- Full-time role with flexibility to work shifts required.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer identification and comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Explain products and services and refer customers to appropriate banking staff.
- Maintain the cash drawer and balance transactions at the end of each shift.
- Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent activities in line with AML regulations.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a finance or business degree is a plus.
- Prior bank teller or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and AML guidelines is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English.
