الوصف الوظيفي
سيكون دورك الأساسي تحقيق المبيعات من خلال المكالمات الصادرة و الواردة ، والتواصل مع العملاء المحتملين، وتقديم معلومات مخصصة عن الخدمات والمنتجات.
كما يشمل الدور التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء، حل المشكلات، وتوثيق جميع التفاعلات لضمان تجربة عميل مميزة، بالإضافة إلى التعاون مع الفريق لتحقيق الأهداف البيعية والمشاركة في التطوير المستمر.
المتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات الهاتفية
- مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والدعم
- مهارات تواصل استثنائية (استماع وعرض)
- القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق والتكيّف بسرعة

At Maison Care , we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.
Role Description: .
You will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, identifying potential customers, and providing tailored product/service information. The role also includes handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and support ongoing training initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience
- Strong customer service & support skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented
