About Us
We are a growing real estate brokerage located in Dubai.
We specialize in luxury properties and investment opportunities across the UAE.
As we expand our telesales division, we are looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using company‑provided leads
- Promote off‑plan and ready property projects
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow‑ups
- Build rapport with clients and maintain strong communication
- Meet daily and monthly call targets
Requirements
- Previous telesales or call‑center experience (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, energetic, and target‑driven
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Must be currently based in Dubai
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and comfortable using CRM systems, with strong computer skills.
