We are looking for a passionate and skilled **Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in** ***lead generation*** to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across **Google Ads** (Search, Display, YouTube) and **Meta Ads** (Facebook & Instagram).
- **Execute effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.**
- Manage **WhatsApp lead generation** and marketing automation.
- Conduct **A/B testing** and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Write and edit engaging ad copy and marketing content (Canva, CapCut).
- Track and analyze performance using **Google Analytics** and CRM tools.
- Implement **remarketing and performance tracking** strategies to boost conversions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **2–4 years** of proven experience in **digital marketing**.
- Strong knowledge of **SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns**.
- Hands-on experience with **Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM tools**.
- Proficiency in **Canva** and **CapCut** for content creation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
