The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging prospective clients, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and investors
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and relationship building
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable property opportunities
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team
- Follow up with prospective clients to fix meeting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about projects and properties
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
✔ Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales, Telesales
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
✔ Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
