Job Overview

We are hiring a driven and results-oriented Telesales Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into active trading clients, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring a smooth first deposit experience.

If you have strong sales skills, confidence in client handling, and a passion for closing deals—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversion

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads
• Promote the company’s Forex/trading platform
• Convert leads into active trading clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up consistently to maximize conversions

Client Onboarding & Support

• Assist clients with account registration and verification
• Guide clients through the first deposit process
• Educate clients about platform features and services
• Ensure compliance with company policies

CRM & Lead Management

• Maintain accurate client records in CRM
• Track follow-ups, interactions, and conversions
• Report on sales performance and metrics

Targets & Performance

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong conversion ratios
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements

Experience:

• 2–5 years in:
• Telesales / Telemarketing
• BPO / Call Center Sales
• Customer Support with sales exposure

Skills:

• Fluent in Hindi and English (Mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and close sales
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building ability
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• CRM experience is a plus

Language Requirements

Mandatory:

• Hindi (Fluent)
• English (Fluent)

Additional languages (Preferred):

• Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, Kannada, Bengali, or other regional languages
