Job Overview
We are hiring a driven and results-oriented **Telesales Specialist** to join our growing team in Dubai.
In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into active trading clients, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring a smooth first deposit experience.
If you have strong sales skills, confidence in client handling, and a passion for closing deals—this role is for you.
Sales & Conversion
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads
- Promote the company’s Forex/trading platform
- Convert leads into active trading clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversions
Client Onboarding & Support
- Assist clients with account registration and verification
- Guide clients through the first deposit process
- Educate clients about platform features and services
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Crm & Lead Management
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM
- Track follow-ups, interactions, and conversions
- Report on sales performance and metrics
Targets & Performance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong conversion ratios
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques
Experience
- 2–5 years in:
• BPO And Call Center Sales
- Customer Support with sales exposure
Skills
- Fluent in **Hindi and English (Mandatory)**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building ability
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- CRM experience is a plus
Mandatory
- Hindi (Fluent)
- English (Fluent)
- Additional languages (Preferred):
- Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, Kannada, Bengali, or other regional languages
